Attorney Javier Perez presented at the Dallas-Fort Worth/ National Employment Lawyers Association roundtable discussion on race discrimination.  The conversation was a follow-up to the Fall 2020 National Employment Lawyers Association Race and National Origin Discrimination Seminar. 

The group explored successful approaches to bringing race discrimination cases, as well as the importance of considering the biases of juries and judges in collecting and presenting evidence.
