Javier has also been named a Top Latino Lawyer nationally by Latino Leaders magazine and elected a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, an elite state-wide distinction awarded to the top 1/3 of 1% of Texas attorneys in recognition of his dedication to the administration of justice and professional standing among his peers.
